Schoolhouse Green

Schoolhouse Green is a mixed-use development located along the Teaticket Highway in Falmouth, MA. The project includes 39 apartments for low-income seniors leased at between 30% and 60% AMI, as well as the historic renovation of the oldest schoolhouse in Falmouth re-adapted into office spaces. The development also helped knit together the broader community by creating a public linear park along the thoroughfare to improve the pedestrian experience. This project has been lauded by the community and was much needed in the area, leasing up in less than two months.
