Located in the scenic Woods Hole area of Falmouth, MA, Notantico Woods Apartments offers both one- and two-bedroom affordable rental options to low-income residents, and consists of four one-bedroom and six two-bedroom units, including one handicap-accessible unit. Amenities include on-site laundry and outdoor community space. Notantico is Woods Hole’s first affordable housing project and is conveniently located less than three miles from Falmouth Center. The project was strongly supported by the Town of Falmouth and the local neighborhood, and converted an existing, unfinished 6,000 square foot home into seven apartments and a new construction building with four units.
