Scranton Main is the fourth partnership between Affirmative Investments and the Falmouth Housing Corporation. The new construction affordable residential development includes 40 family units - 14 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom units - spread across four buildings on land to the west of Little Pond. Little Pond Place's two- and three-bedroom units are specifically meant to help alleviate the strong pressure on Falmouth's family housing stock. The project also has 4 handicap-accessible units, a clubhouse, and a playground. 

The development is located in the center of downtown Falmouth. Within walking distance of the site, residents have access to a wide variety of services and employment opportunities, including The Falmouth Mall, supermarkets, public transportation, numerous other shops and restaurants, drugstores, pharmacies, banks, and public parks. Little Pond Place opened its doors September 2020 and is LEED Silver certified.
