Kelly MacGrath

Director of Finance and Operations

Kelly joined Affirmative Investments as the Director of Finance and Operations in 2023. Prior to Affirmative Investments, Kelly served as Director of Finance for Jett Foundation. She also spent several years in the institutional asset management world; primarily at State Street Global Advisors and Loomis, Sayles as a Fixed Income Analyst and then Client Relationship Manager serving institutional corporate, endowment and foundation clients.  Her desire to apply her finance background with a mission-driven company began through her involvement in various volunteer positions held at her local Boys and Girls Club, food pantry and other supportive service nonprofits. Kelly holds a BS in Finance from Providence College and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston College.
