Affirmative Investments partnered up with Falmouth Housing Corporation (FHC) to develop Gifford Workforce Housing, a two phase development of 10 units each. The units are intended to serve the community of year-round workers on Cape Cod, for whom finding quality affordable housing is a significant challenge. FHC owns the land on which this project was developed as it is part of a larger site that houses 36 affordable units that the FHC built and continues to manage.
