Evelyn Blandino Escoboza 

Evelyn joined Affirmative as a Development Associate in 2025. In this role, she works on a range of projects, including mixed-income housing, homeownership, and senior living, and supports the firm’s New Markets Tax Credit work. Before Affirmative, Evelyn worked in account and project management at Wayfair. She also co-led 30+ interns through virtual commercial real estate internships as a Program Manager for Project Destined. Evelyn’s passion for affordable housing stems from her upbringing in the Dominican Republic and South Bronx. She holds a BS in Urban & Regional Studies from Cornell University.
