Dan Brass

Dan joined Affirmative in 2023, bringing 9 years of experience working for both for-profit and non-profit affordable housing developers to his role. He has helped to create over 1,600 units of affordable housing equating to over $400mil in private and public financing. Most recently, Dan was a Senior Development Associate at Conifer Realty, where he led several new construction developments of multifamily and senior housing. Prior to Conifer, Dan worked at Settlement Housing Fund, a non-profit with the mission to create high quality affordable housing to build economically diverse neighborhoods throughout New York, resonating with his dedication to create quality housing for those who need it most.
