Affirmative Investments structured the financing for a $22 million redevelopment that delivered a new 43,460-square-foot K–8 campus. Completed in 2015, the facility features classrooms, special education spaces, a library, science/tech labs, a gym, cafeteria, and administrative offices. The former school was demolished to make way for athletic fields and site upgrades. The project expanded capacity to 450 students and created over 100 jobs, advancing Alma’s mission to provide high-quality, college-preparatory education in New Bedford.
