​Affirmative Investments supported the renovation and expansion of the Conservatory Lab Charter School’s lower school campus along Hancock Street in Dorchester. The project involved renovating the existing 19,000-square-foot facility and constructing a 6,000-square-foot addition on the north side of the property. The updated campus will feature a new cafeteria, gymnasium, and additional classrooms to better serve the school’s growing student population.
