The 49,000-square-foot, four-story ambulatory care center expanded access to primary care, vision, and dental services in East Boston. Located next to the Maverick Blue Line station, the facility added 31 exam rooms and tripled the Health Center’s clinical capacity. The LEED-targeted design improved patient flow, consolidated operations, and created a welcoming, efficient environment for care. The center also played a key role in the revitalization of Maverick Square and supports over 50 healthcare jobs.
