The LEED Silver-certified project includes 135 hotel rooms, 50 mixed-income residential units, and 4,000 square feet of retail space. With features like solar panels, a rooftop deck, and landscaped public areas, it serves as a welcoming urban gateway. New Markets Tax Credit equity helped close financing gaps and bring this catalytic project to life.
