Affirmative Investments helped achieve financing for a $20.4 million redevelopment, converting a vacant 43,500-square-foot office building into a vibrant K–8 campus. Completed in August 2021, the project includes a new 6,800-square-foot gymnasium with a performance stage, modern classrooms, science and art rooms, and a multipurpose cafeteria. Outdoor features such as athletic courts and playgrounds enhance the student experience. The upgraded, sustainable facility now serves nearly 500 students and anchors long-term educational and community growth in Springfield.
