Completed in September 2015, this $12.1 million adaptive reuse transformed the historic Lithgow Building into a LEED Gold-certified K–8 campus in Codman Square. The 115-year-old structure was reimagined with nature-inspired classrooms, science labs, a library, teaching kitchen, and performance spaces. Designed to support trauma-informed learning, the campus emphasizes air quality, acoustics, and wellness. Affirmative Investments structured the NMTC-enhanced financing package that brought this vibrant, community-oriented educational facility to life.
