Completed in 2021, this $13.4 million redevelopment transformed a historic 1899 racetrack complex into a 25,000-square-foot marketplace. Anchored by Notch Brewing, the site features artisan vendors, café and restaurant spaces, and a flexible courtyard event venue known as “Garage B.” The project revitalized a long-underutilized site, creating 67 construction jobs and 35 permanent roles.
