Completed in 2015, this 37,500-square-foot facility expanded Northern Nevada HOPES’ reach from 4,000 to 10,000 patients annually. The wellness center brings primary care, pediatrics, behavioral health, addiction treatment, and community services under one roof, serving low-income, unhoused, and LGBTQ+ populations. The project created over 100 jobs and now anchors equitable healthcare in downtown Reno. Affirmative Investments helped structure the project’s financing, supporting its mission of integrated, patient-centered care in an underserved region.
