This two-phase project expanded Light of Life’s emergency and recovery housing capacity on Voeghtly Street. The first phase delivered 50 shelter beds, a children’s playroom, chapel, and case management space. The second added 40 long-term residential units and shared living areas. Together, the developments strengthened Pittsburgh’s response to homelessness with supportive, mission-driven care.
