Affirmative Investments supported the development of a new three-story facility for the Conservatory Lab Charter School’s upper school campus in Dorchester. The custom-built K–8 school includes classrooms, offices, performance spaces, a cafeteria, gymnasium, and two dedicated lab areas. Located adjacent to several urban residential neighborhoods, the project involved ongoing community engagement and coordination. Working closely with designers, owners, and subcontractors, the team delivered a tailored space that meets the school’s educational and cultural needs.
