Completed in November 2024, this $11.2 million project created a 17,500-square-foot early education facility on a formerly vacant lot. The new LEED-quality building doubles program capacity to 135 seats for infants through preschool and replaces outdated modular sites. Features include a gross-motor play room, commercial kitchen, parent resource center, and nature-based play area. Affirmative Investments structured the NMTC financing, enabling expanded access to affordable early learning and wraparound family services in New Bedford.
