Oliver Building

This rehabilitation of the 25-story, 1910-built Oliver Building restored its historic limestone façade and modernized core infrastructure, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The project revitalized over 100,000 square feet of Class-A office space in downtown Pittsburgh, boosting economic activity and preserving a key architectural landmark.
