Completed in January 2022, the $24 million Frederick Douglass Campus is a 52,000-square-foot K–8 school serving 600 students. Built on a 4-acre site, the facility features modern classrooms, a 4,500-square-foot gym with stage, a cafeteria, outdoor learning spaces, and playgrounds. Acoustic buffers reduce commuter rail noise, while environmental graphics honor the campus’s namesake. Affirmative Investments supported development and financing to help bring this community-centered, thoughtfully designed educational facility to life.
