Colony on Grove - Apple, is the first phase of a four phase redevelopment of two properties owned by Colony Retirement Homes in Worcester, MA. The site currently holds 139 units of outdated, inaccessible senior housing, that will be replaced with 220 new, affordable, accessible, and energy-efficient units for seniors. This first phase, Apple, will demolish 25 existing units and create 45 units. Construction is expected to begin at the end of 2025.
