Mosaic Apartments is a 48-unit affordable housing community in Pittsburgh’s Oakland neighborhood, developed by Affirmative Investments and Presbyterian SeniorCare Network to welcome LGBTQ+ older adults. The first community of its kind in Western Pennsylvania, Mosaic offers residents age 62 and older one- and two-bedroom apartments with easy access to Oakland’s universities, museums, and medical centers. Shaped by input from LGBTQ+ seniors, Mosaic reflects our commitment to affordable homes where every resident can age with dignity and belonging.
