Scranton Main is the fourth partnership between Affirmative Investments and the Falmouth Housing Corporation. The new construction affordable residential development includes 40 family units - 14 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom units - spread across four buildings on land to the west of Little Pond. Little Pond Place's two- and three-bedroom units are specifically meant to help alleviate the strong pressure on Falmouth's family housing stock. The project also has 4 handicap-accessible units, a clubhouse, and a playground. The development is located in the center of downtown Falmouth.
