Affirmative served as the development consultant to Hebrew Senior life on the 108 Centre Street project. The project replaced an existing vacant single-family home in the Coolidge Corner that has been owned by HSL since 2003 with a new 100% affordable apartment building for seniors (62+). The new community is comprised of 54 one-bedroom units and 4,200 square feet of community space on the first floor, which includes a multi-purpose room, fitness room, and an interior veranda room along with outdoor patio space, all of which is for use by residents from the building along with seniors from the adjacent HSL-owned properties and seniors from Brookline.
