Relationships with Housing Authorities

Affirmative Investments has worked with numerous large public housing authorities to rebuild and replace aging housing. Affirmative Investments has extensive experience with various kinds of HUD financing, from capital and operating grants to below market rate loans and mortgage insurance products. In addition, Affirmative Investments has been involved in a number of HOPE VI funded developments in Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. HOPE VI is a HUD program that provides funds for the revitalization of distressed public housing.
